This notice covers the Performr waitlist at this site. Performr Ltd (company no. 15798094, England) is the data controller.
What we collect
Your email address, the referral link you used (if any), and standard technical data such as IP address and device type collected by our waitlist provider and by Meta’s advertising pixel.
Why
To hold your place on the waitlist, run the referral programme, tell you about launch, and measure our advertising. The legal basis is your consent when you join, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
Who we share it with
Viral Loops (waitlist and referral platform), our email provider, and Meta Platforms for ad measurement. We do not sell your data.
How long
Until launch and for as long as you remain subscribed. Unsubscribe from any email, or write to us, and we delete your record within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Email privacy@performr.ai.
